S&R Machinery, a division of Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc., offers the SR4000T as the perfect fit for economical sealing without compromising performance. The SR4000T automatically indexes random size cases from a powered in-feed conveyor. It automatically folds all top flaps and applies up to 3 inch wide pressure sensitive tape to the top and bottom of the case. Designed for 24 hour/7 day duty, the SR4000T seals up to 15 cases per minute in random sequence with no operator required. The safety features include complete interlocked safety guarding and box jam sensors to protect the sealed product. Its modular construction, made of heavy duty, corrosion resistant aluminum, is light weight and allows for easy component changes. The SR400T can also be built with a random/uniform selector increasing CPM throughput and is available in hot melt glue and water activated tape. Tape is easily changed without removing the tape head. The SR4000T uses energy saving Leeson electric motors and its compact 83”x43” footprint conserves precious floor space. A one-year drive, gear reducer and parts warranty is standard as well as a three-year tape head warranty, exclusive of moving parts subject to normal wear.
