Exciting results from these subsidiaries and offices include supplying nearly 800 forklift battery sets to the Australian and New Zealand markets and providing a comprehensive lithium battery and charger solution for Silk Logistic’s WA warehouse fleet in Australia, reflecting the strong trust customers place in ROYPOW’s high-quality solutions.

In 2024, ROYPOW participated in 22 international exhibitions, including major material handling events such as Modex and LogiMAT, where it showcased its latest lithium forklift battery solutions. Through these events, ROYPOW solidified its position as a leader in the industrial battery market and expanded its global presence by engaging with industry leaders and forming strategic partnerships. These efforts reinforced ROYPOW’s role in advancing sustainable, efficient solutions for the material handling sector, supporting the industry’s transition from lead-acid to lithium batteries and from internal combustion engines to electric forklifts.

In 2024, ROYPOW co-hosted a successful Lithium Battery Promotion Conference in Malaysia with its authorized distributor, Electro Force (M) Sdn Bhd. Achieve Key Certifications for Forklift Batteries
Quality, safety, and reliability are the core principles guiding the R&D, design, and manufacturing of ROYPOW’s lithium forklift battery solutions. As a testament to the commitment, ROYPOW has achieved UL2580 certification for 13 forklift battery models across 24V, 36V, 48V, and 80V categories. This certification indicates that ROYPOW complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards and that the batteries have undergone comprehensive and rigorous testing to meet recognized industry safety and performance standards. Additionally, 8 of these 13 models comply with BCI group size standards, making replacing traditional lead-acid batteries in forklifts easier while ensuring seamless installation and optimal performance.
New Product Milestone: Anti-Freeze Batteries
In 2024, ROYPOW launched anti-freeze lithium forklift battery solutions at the Australia HIRE24 exhibition. This innovative product was recognized quickly by industry leaders and fleet operators for its premium battery performance and safety even in temperatures as low as -40℃. Approximately 40-50 units of anti-freeze batteries were sold shortly after the launch. Komatsu Australia, a leading industrial equipment manufacturer, adopted ROYPOW batteries for their fleet of Komatsu FB20 freezer-spec forklifts.

Over the past year, ROYPOW has fostered strong global partnerships, establishing itself as the trusted lithium power battery provider for leading forklift manufacturers and dealers worldwide. To further enhance product strengths, ROYPOW entered into strategic partnerships with top battery cell suppliers and manufacturers, such as the collaboration with REPT, to deliver advanced battery solutions with improved performance, increased efficiency, extended lifespan, and enhanced reliability and safety.
Empower Through Local Services and Support
In 2024, ROYPOW strengthened its local services to enhance customer satisfaction with a dedicated team. It provided on-site training in Johannesburg in June, earning praise for responsive support. Despite storms and rough terrain in September, engineers traveled hours for urgent battery repair services in Australia. In October, the engineers visited European countries to offer on-site training and resolve client technical issues. ROYPOW delivered detailed training to Korea’s largest forklift rental company and its manufacturing company, Hyster, in the Czech Republic, underscoring its commitment to exceptional services and support.
