Crown announced the opening of company-owned facilities in New Orleans and Shreveport, La., to enhance service to customers in the region. “Crown has served customers in Louisiana for more than 25 years,” said Jim Mozer, senior vice president, Crown Equipment. “These new company-owned branches will allow us to take our customers’ experience to a new level and provide them with the quality service they expect from Crown.” The New Orleans branch will feature a fully equipped maintenance shop, battery and charger service, rental fleets, forklift remanufacturing and training opportunities for forklift operators and technicians.
