Antares Vision Group launches DIAMIND Connect Platform

Antares Vision Group has expanded its DIAMIND ecosystem of integrated and modular solutions. The company’s new DIAMIND Connect platform manages traceable data and production processes to guarantee end-to-end sustainability, comprehensive traceability and seamless customer engagement for brand owners in a variety of industries, including the food, beverage, cosmetics, textile and chemical sectors, with customized approaches for each segment.

DIAMIND Connect is a modular and scalable software platform that can be used to manage production environments at various levels, from a single machine to a corporation. It can integrate with existing IT infrastructure, including legacy systems. The platform enables traceability of supply chain information from raw materials to finished products, assigning a Unique Digital Identity to each sellable unit. This identifier can be associated with various identification media (QR Code, Datamatrix, NFC, RFID, etc.), allowing for product monitoring throughout the supply chain. This helps reduce counterfeiting risks, combat grey markets, ensure production quality and transparency, and document efficiency and sustainability.

The identifier (data-carrier) can have varying uses depending on the context. Before product release, it can provide support for logistics or sampling; after purchase, the identifier can provide information and interact with the end consumer. At the end of the lifecycle, the data carrier can help enable the packaging recycling process.

Furthermore, thanks to the collection and availability of data (including sustainability metrics) throughout the supply chain, DIAMIND Connect helps inform and enable circular economy goals by analyzing the environmental impact of a product during its supply chain journey (e.g. carbon footprint and water consumption). It therefore promotes end-to-end sustainability, transforming raw data into valuable customer information.

For the cosmetics market, DIAMIND Connect provides detailed monitoring of raw materials, suppliers and environmental sustainability parameters, guaranteeing high safety standards and supporting compliance with regulatory standards. In the food & beverage space, it enables complete “farm to fork” supply chain traceability, validating information regarding nutritional values, ingredient origins and sustainable practices while improving customer engagement. In the textiles sector, it represents an essential enabler for the circular economy, tracing product lifecycles from production to recycling to promote a sustainable future for the fashion industry.
