Advance Lifts highlights AT series lift tables

Efficient, air-powered lifting solutions for diverse industrial applications

Advance Lifts, a North American manufacturer of industrial scissor lift tables and dock lifts, highlights its Air Spring Actuated (AT) Series Lift Tables, offering a cost-effective and maintenance-friendly alternative to hydraulic lift systems. These lifts provide efficient vertical positioning without the need for electricity or hydraulic components, making them ideal for manufacturing, material handling, food processing, automotive, and explosion-proof environments.

The AT Series is designed with durability in mind. Featuring patented platform centering devices, these lifts double or even triple their operational lifespan. Each unit is finished with a high-quality baked enamel coating for added protection against wear and corrosion. The AT Series also comes with a 10-year/250,000 cycle warranty, underscoring Advance Lifts’ commitment to reliability and longevity.

Available in Single, Double Long, and Double Wide configurations, the AT Series Lift Tables are offered in a range of capacities, including heavy-duty models rated at 6,000 and 8,000 pounds, which feature dual airbags for enhanced lifting performance. The inclusion of a standard hand control mounted on a pedestal ensures ease of use, allowing operators to make precise height adjustments without the need to hold the control during operation.

A key advantage of air spring actuation is its lower cost compared to hydraulic alternatives, along with the elimination of potential hydraulic fluid leaks and the absence of electrical power requirements. However, because air is compressible by nature, these units exhibit some degree of springiness at intermediate positions between full up and full down. This makes them unsuitable for applications requiring precise positioning under variable loads. For these scenarios, Advance Lifts offers air-over-hydraulic solutions, which provide the stability of hydraulic cylinders while maintaining air-powered operation.

Ideal for environments where contamination-free lifting is critical, such as food processing, the AT Series can also be manufactured in stainless steel. Additionally, these lifts are inherently explosion-proof due to their lack of electrical components, making them an excellent choice for paint booths and other hazardous locations.
