Herkules new, low operating cost ceiling fans

Listen to this article

Herkules Equipment Corporation introduces a new light-weight, quiet, and cost efficient ceiling fan for cooling large warehouse and manufacturing facilities.   The vertical, tri-pole mount ceiling fan improves air movement, reaching over 300 feet away, efficiently cooling a large working area.  Developed to fulfill a common demand, Herkules Ceiling Fans’ unique motor and blade design consumes a small amount of energy, just 500 watts at full power.  Add to that, the very competitive purchase price, and Herkules ceiling fans offer any facility long term savings.

The fan’s light weight is due to its patent-applied blade design using aircraft grade aluminum that encases a polyurethane foam core, with each blade weighing only 1.5 lbs.  The fan is also unique due to the Herkules brushless, direct drive motor with neodymium permanent rare earth magnets.  The zero maintenance motor is extremely long lasting and has no belts, drives, gears or pulleys that need replacing.  The motor is fully sealed and resists corrosion.  The maximum power consumption at full speed is approximately 500 watts, and it is 10 watts at the lowest speed.

Herkules vertical, tri-pole mount ceiling fan outputs to a larger swept area than traditional fans, and has variable speed controls, and a low noise level.  Combining the initial competitive purchase cost with operating costs, a Herkules ceiling fan can save facilities’ money in the long run, with a substantial ROI.

Herkules Equipment Corporation, established in 1984, is a leading manufacturer to the Automotive Aftermarket, Manufacturing and Assembly industries.   We have been designing and manufacturing paint gun washers, vehicle lifts, and scissor lift table systems for close to 30 years, providing many safety and ergonomic solutions for countless applications.
