Clean Earth, Inc. a national specialty waste disposal and recycling company announced today the acquisition of privately owned Disposal and Recycling Technologies, Inc.(DART). Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, DART utilizes advanced technologies to provide a wide range of hazardous and non-hazardous waste treatment and disposal services and product destruction and reclamation services. In addition, DART also performs extensive environmental field services including but not limited to on-site wastewater treatment and remediation services.

Chris Dods, President and CEO of Clean Earth stated, “We are excited about the growth of our company.
