SunModo Corp, an innovator in the solar racking industry, has announced that it is now the majority owner of material handling company Mighty Lift Portland. Since 2004, Mighty Lift Portland has been designing, supplying, and servicing a wide variety of material handling and storage solutions throughout Northwest. The company alsooffers design, permitting and installation services.

After the acquisition, Mighty Lift Portland will be rebranded to SunModo Material Handling. The company will remain headquartered in Portland, Oregon.
