WIKA Mobile Control announces new service training instructor

WIKA Mobile Control, LP (WMC (formerly Hirschmann / PAT)) is excited to announce that Tom Zanone has joined the WMC team and will serve as the training instructor for WMC’s new regional service training program.

Zanone is an industry professional with over 30 years’ experience in LMI / control systems.  His passion for electronics started at an early age and was enhanced during his time serving in the US Army.  Zanone transitioned into the crane and lift industry in 1988 working at PAT as a field service representative, service manager, product support manager, technical training specialist and sales representative.

As a former PAT employee and Hirschmann / PAT dealer, Zanone has provided system sales and technical training to a broad range of customers from large OEM’s to end users.  His extensive knowledge and experience in the crane industry has provided him with the ability to educate others in order to increase productivity and decrease downtime in the field.  Zanone has been an active member and has served on the allied committee for SC&RA and is also an SAIA committee member.

WMC’s new 2019 regional training program will feature six (6) three-day courses held at various locations across the US.  For more information or to sign up for a service training course, please contact sarah.nell@wika.com.
