Factory workers are expected to understand how to work with complicated robots and computer systems which requires skill and training. To attract top talent, manufacturing facilities are developing in urban bustling areas such as Boston, Brussels and New York City.

Manufacturing facilities are also cleaning up by becoming a safer and healthier work environment without oil spills and chemicals in the air. These are just some of many changes that are revolutionizing the manufacturing and supply chain industry.
