Run up two shifts on one charge with the 3,000 – 4,000 Lb. capacity Electric Stand-Up Counterbalanced Lift Truck

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA), the provider of Jungheinrich® lift trucks and narrow-aisle products in the United States, Canada and Mexico, has announced its new electric stand-up counterbalanced lift truck, the ETG 214-318 series.

Designed to maximize performance and operator comfort, the Jungheinrich ETG series effectively loads and unloads trailers, shuttles goods and moves loads in confined spaces. Engineered strong enough to handle a wide range of fast-paced, real world industrial applications, the 36-Volt AC lift trucks available in 3,000 – 4,000 lb. capacities, sets industry standards — reaching lift heights of up to 276 inches.

The Jungheinrich ETG counterbalanced lift truck series is the newest product to be launched as a result of MCFA’s and Jungheinrich AG’s long-standing manufacturing and distribution agreement in North America.

“The Jungheinrich ETG electric counterbalanced series leverages the best of both Jungheinrich’s and MCFA’s expertise in the material handling industry,” said Antonio Serrano, product marketing manager at MCFA. “Jungheinrich’s more than 60 years of experience in electric lift truck design and MCFA’s extensive manufacturing expertise have resulted in a truly innovative lift truck, specifically suited for the North American market. The ETG series provides customers with increased productivity, the flexibility to work up to three functions simultaneously and extremely long run times – up to two shifts on one battery charge for greater efficiency.”

Features include:

Energy Efficiency

These electric stand-up counterbalanced forklifts feature AC motors that utilize less energy, while still maintaining exceptional performance. The AC control system optimizes energy efficiency and simplifies service due to advanced software & motor design. This results in the ability to run up to two shifts on one battery charge in most applications.

Intelligent Technology

The ETG series’ is equipped with top-of-the-line technology to keep operators productive and secure.

  • Customizable Tilt Speeds at all heights help improve productivity and prevent damage to the load or drop down.
  • Three pre-programmed performance modes allow the ability to customize individual drive and hydraulic settings based on the application or operator experience level, either through the display, laptop or a handheld device.

Advanced Ergonomics

Electric power steering allows the operator to easily maneuver the lift truck, especially in tight aisles or congested spaces. The intuitive multi-functional control handle is state-of-the-art and allows operators to work three functions simultaneously for greater productivity.
