“We’re proud to introduce the new Cat electric cushion tire lift truck series to the North and South American market,” said Antonio Serrano, product marketing manager at MCFA. “Our Cat electric cushion tire lift truck series helps set a new standard for operation – from excellent design and ergonomics to longer run times – making it an ideal solution for hardworking warehouse environments.”

Key features include:

Energy Efficient

The EC23N – EC30LN models are designed to deliver greater productivity to get the job done. Featuring advanced AC motors and optimized regenerative braking systems, the Cat lift trucks electric cushion tire forklifts are equipped to run longer on one battery charge. The two-stage hydraulic system determines the optimum motor speed, resulting in reduced energy consumption and longer run times.

Extended Service Life

Activated when the lift truck decelerates, changes directions or brakes are applied, this feature helps to return energy to the forklift’s battery. Results are extended run times and extended service brake life.

Precise Load Handling

The two-stage hydraulic system allows these cushion tire lift trucks to provide precise load handling with fast lift speeds and less energy consumption.

Operator Presence Detection System (PDS)

This integrated, computer-based, feedback system uses both audible and visual indicators to alert the operator of potentially hazardous situations, increasing operator awareness.

Adjustable Full-Suspension Grammer® Seat

The full-suspension vinyl seat, including lumbar support, can be adjusted front and back to give the operator a comfortable operating position.

Optional Fingertip Controls

Operators can effortlessly control the hydraulic mast and attachment functions, horn and travel direction with fingertip controls which are integrated with the optional seat-mounted arm rest.

Spacious Compartment for a Wide Range of Operator Sizes

Experience full-hydrostatic steering with a narrow, tilt-adjustable steering column.
