Hyster Company announced the acquisition of Ohio Materials Handling (OMH) by Burns Industrial Equipment – a transaction designed to enhance coverage and strengthen support for Hyster® lift truck customers in the Northeast territory. Now part of the Burns Industrial Equipment group of companies, OMH’s Cleveland sales and service territory will continue to operate under the name of Ohio Materials Handling (OMH) from its Macedonia, Ohio, location.
