TEKLYNX International, barcode and RFID labeling software developer and solutions provider, reported significant results from its partnership with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software provider Global Shop Solutions. Since partnering with TEKLYNX, Global Shop Solutions has improved its ability to provide customers with accurate, efficient and reliable integrated barcode labeling solutions – leading to a 15% increase in label printing speed, improved system reliability and complete label generation accuracy.

When global ERP software provider Global Shop Solutions’ customers started experiencing frustrations with their former barcode label design software solution partner, it began looking for a new partner that could help improve overall satisfaction. Serving small to medium-sized manufacturers globally, Global Shop Solutions sought to partner with a barcode labeling solutions provider that could deliver the same high level of customer service that it was known for. TEKLYNX’ superior customer service and support team, along with the software’s easy-to-learn features and robust functionality for design and automation, led Global Shop Solutions to select TEKLYNX.

“When customers began facing issues with our former solution partner, they became frustrated with us,” said Director of Marketing at Global Shop Solutions, Adam Grabowski. “Now that we’ve switched to TEKLYNX’ CODESOFT and SENTINEL solutions, satisfaction is improving; our customers see that we have taken their feedback into consideration. It builds trust.”

TEKLYNX’ barcode label design software solutions offer full integration with Global Shop Solutions’ manufacturing ERP system to create a seamless production experience for end users. By adding TEKLYNX’ label printing automation solution, SENTINEL, to the labeling environment, labels are automatically generated when actions occur in the ERP or other ancillary system. This functionality is particularly valuable to Global Shop Solutions’ customers, who find the increased label printing speed and reliability of the TEKLYNX’ software package far superior to the previous offering.

“By continuously keeping the end user in mind, TEKLYNX is able to consistently provide integrated barcode labeling solutions that address and improve specific business needs,” said General Manager at TEKLYNX, Doug Niemeyer. “Partnering with Global Shop Solutions has improved overall customer satisfaction through combined best-in-class applications, creating the optimal solution for manufacturers.”
