The MAUSER reconditioning subsidiary National Container Group (NCG) is expanding its North American activities to include plastic recycling with the acquisition of Engineered Recycling Company, LLC (ERC) located in Charlotte, North Carolina. ERC is one of the nation?s leading plastics producers operating in a 200,000 square foot state of the art facility that reflects the company?s commitment to its customers and the environment which directly aligns with the MAUSER sustainability goals.
NCG President and CEO Michael A. Chorpash is ?pleased to expand our service portfolio to include responsible material recycling in North America. We have successfully upgraded our market approach by offering full life cycle services in Europe and South America and look forward to continually expanding our comprehensive service portfolio. We are also excited that ERC?s CEO Peter Suttoni will be remaining onboard to oversee the successful integration into the MAUSER/NCG family and the continued growth of this important segment.?
