On Friday, April 15, 2016, Doosan employees around the world join together and celebrate the annual Doosan Day of Community Service. This day reflects the “Doosan Way”, an organizational principle that links all Doosan employees’ values to a management system focused on community social responsibility.

For this year’s event, Doosan Industrial Vehicle America Corp., located at Hamilton Mill in Buford, GA, will be volunteering at the Gwinnett Children’s Shelter in Buford, GA. This private, non-profit organization provides free, long and short term residential living to homeless moms and their children. A group of Doosan Industrial Vehicle America Corp. volunteers will be making improvements to porches at the shelter’s residential family homes, including painting, pressure washing and general clean-up.

Employees at Doosan Industrial Vehicle America Corp. have been donating non-perishable items for several weeks and the volunteer group will be delivering these on their day of service. Doosan Industrial Vehicle America Corp. is working to make a positive difference in the lives of others in the community in which they work.
