LEDtronics introduces a new series of UL-recognized LED PLL lamps

LEDtronics® introduces our latest generation of UL-recognized LED PLL lamps to replace old-technology fluorescent CFLs. They are our most affordable line of PLL lamps yet, which means an even quicker return on your investment.

These LED lamps can be directly retrofitted with a simple ballast bypass into existing 4-pin, inline PLL fluorescent fixtures. Applications include ceiling lights in offices, schools, hallways, retail store display lighting, undercabinet lighting, sign backlighting, wall sconce lighting, workspace or cube lighting and many more.

The PLLxxSC series lamps come in 9-inch, 13-inch, 16-inch and 22-inch lengths, and feature an inline 4-pin 2G11 base. The power consumption ranges from only 9 up to 22 watts, to replace fluorescent lamps of 18 to 50 watts. The lumen output for this series ranges from 830 lm all the way up to 2,460 lm.

Unlike fluorescent lamps, there’s no toxic mercury content or glass tube breakage hazard. Their solid-state construction renders them impervious to shock, vibration, and frequent switching.

These frosted-lens PLL lamps provide a 270-degree wide beam of 4000K natural white light, with a color rendition index exceeding 80. The series comes in a voltage input range of 100 to 277 VAC, with a wide operating temperature range of ~-20°C to ~+40°C. Different wattages, color temperatures and voltage options are available for qualified volume offers.

The UL-recognized LED PLL lamps have an excellent return on investment. They produce a very high amount of lumens, while using a very low amount of power—all at a very affordable price. The lamps offer energy savings up to 70 percent over fluorescents, and have a Lumen Maintenance of over 70 percent at over 40,000 hours of operational time.

LEDtronics’ UL-recognized LED PLL lamps come with an unconditional U.S. factory warranty. The series is available through LEDtronics distributors, and quantity discounts are available.
