Hy-Tek Material Handling appoints integrated systems division manager

Hy-Tek Material Handling’s Integrated Systems (IS) Division is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Talarico as business development manager. Talarico joins Integrated Systems’ nationwide team of experienced engineering, sales, logistics and project management professionals. Based in Greater Cincinnati, Hy-Tek’s Integrated Systems Division has offices in Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Talarico’s appointment was announced by Hy-Tek Integrated Systems Division President Tom Mann.

Talarico has 25 years’ consultative direct sales experience in all aspects of supply chain, including logistics design/build applications for distribution facilities. His systems integration work includes automated conveyor systems, sortation, storage media, automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS), pick to light (PTL), pick to voice (PTV), goods to person, robotics, warehouse control system (WCS), and warehouse execution system (WES). His experience ranges from sophisticated $20 million systems to simple $500,000 hardware sales to automotive, retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, and omnichannel customers including Kohl’s, QVC, and Luxottica. Prior to joining Hy-Tek, Talarico held positions with industry leaders Locus Robotics, enVista, Wynright, Fortna, and SSI Schaefer.

Active professionally, Talarico is president of Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) Eastern PA/Delaware chapter. He also is involved nationally with WERC and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). He holds an MBA from American University.
