PSI Engineering announced a system designed to enhance order fulfillment throughput and optimize repeat orders profitably. Combining features of two proven best-selling solutions; namely, the PSI  LC-Infeeder and AutoSlip, the MVP Packet Fulfillment system can induct a wide range of documents from ship labels, invoices, rebate offers and coupons, co-op marketing literature and pack slips to product samples ranging from DVD’s, instruction manuals, WHMIS/MSDS to trial sized creams and lotions into cohesive packets.  These packets are automatically applied onto the top or side of closed cases or inserted into open cases in line.  Last minute changes in customer orders or marketing collateral can be accommodated with ease as the documents or samples can be inserted into a cohesive packet and applied to the top or side of a closed case. PSI Engineering known for their load and remove on the fly technology offers uninterrupted feeding on the order fulfillment line to meet same day shipping demands during peak order periods. “Repeat sales are a major problem for e-tailers” states John Panunto, President of PSI Engineering.  “Although there are many factors that affect repeat orders; insertions into an order such as coupons and samples, done manually has been cost prohibitive for companies to undertake when trying to deliver same day shipping”.   Continues Mr. Panunto.  “Closed or open case insertion of marketing collateral within a sealed cohesive transparent or opaque packet when automated with the MVP Packet System will help boost repeat orders without compromising same day delivery schedules.  An all-around win win solution for companies in the 3PL, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and e-commerce industries.” Concludes Mr. Panunto. PSI Engineering will be exhibiting at ProMat, McCormick Place in Chicago on January 21-24th – Booth # 1976.
