Alloy LED, a California-based manufacturer and distributor of LED lighting, has expanded its operations to the east coast with a new distribution center in North Carolina. The center currently serves its customers in the southeast of the United States. The company plans to expand the service territory to the northeast and upper Midwest of the U.S., as well as the eastern provinces of Canada, by the end of this year. The warehouse enhances the company’s supply chain capabilities to maintain its competitive edge in the fast-moving LED lighting sector.

The company began with the establishment of its headquarters and initial distribution center in in Emeryville, California and has opened its second warehouse to provide faster and more efficient fulfillment to its customers east of the Mississippi.

Alloy LED CEO Max Darling said, “This is an important step for the company. This expansion enables us to meet growing demand for our LED lighting products in the wholesale, fabricator, and specifier markets more efficiently. An essential service that Alloy LED provides, on top of our mission to offer custom lighting products, is fast quoting and rapid fulfillment. Having a distribution center much closer to a significant portion of our customer base allows us to respond rapidly to the changing needs of the installations and construction projects that our customers are engaged in.”
