Hawthorne Cat sponsors 3rd annual Quarry Crusher Run

Hawthorne Cat®, the exclusive Cat® equipment dealer in San Diego, the Hawaiian Islands, and the Pacific Region, will sponsor the 3rd Annual Quarry Crusher Run on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the Vulcan Materials Chula Vista Quarry, located at 2275 Hard Rock Road in Chula Vista, CA. Proceeds benefit the Chula Vista Firefighter’s Foundation.

The registration fee is $40 for the Quarry Crusher Run (3.1 miles) and $50 for the Double Crusher Run (6.2 miles). The price includes an official t-shirt and finisher’s medal. Start time is 8:00 am. All participants must be ages 12 and older. No dogs and no strollers allowed.

A $10 discount is available for First Responders, Military, Teachers, and Students. Student rates are for ages 18 and under. Active and retired Military use code MILITARY, First Responders use code RESPONDERS, Teachers use code TEACHER, and Students use code STUDENT. Those who can’t participate on race day but still wish to donate can do so with the Sleep In and Donate option.
