The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) is pleased to announce 24 distributor member companies have achieved MVP award status for 2013. The prestigious MVP (Most Valuable Partner) Award requires a company to provide evidence of their commitment to their partners in success including their customers, employees and suppliers. They must satisfy criteria in the following important areas:
- Industry Relations
- Customer Relations
- Peer-to-Peer Networking
- Training for Employees
- Business Best Practices
To be among the less than 5% of the association’s distributor membership earning the award, MVP companies complete an application process that includes written recommendations from both suppliers and customers. 2013 MHEDA President Jerry Weidmann of Wisconsin Lift Truck Corp., Brookfield, WI, says, “ MHEDA is proud to recognize the MVP distributors’ high standards of performance in the material handling industry. MVP distributors’ commitment to industry best practices is commendable.”
The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) is the only national trade association dedicated solely to improving the proficiency of the independent material handling distributor. MHEDA represents over 600 companies in the material handling equipment business.
