LiuGong holds first global customer event

LiuGong held its first Global Customer Day in Liuzhou with the theme of “Building Our Business Together”. In this two-day event, more than 300 guests, customers, key accounts and dealers from 41 countries gathered together to learn more about LiuGong. It also provides a bi-communicational platform where LiuGong can hear customers’ voice and customers can share their experiences with LiuGong.

Mr. Huang Haibo, President of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd., made a keynote speech at the conference. With more than 60 years of experience and independent technological innovation, LiuGong has successfully introduced its products and services to more than 140 countries and regions around the world and it has strived to build a respectable and competitive CE brand globally. He said: “Throughout our internationalization, LiuGong has built integrated, localized R&D, sourcing, manufacturing, sales, parts, service, direct sales and financing & leasing support system globally and it is time for us to bring these globalization efforts to a higher level and a wider stage.”

When talking about the future, he stressed that LiuGong would fully implement its “total intelligent” strategy and focus on machine innovation and upgrading; prepare for the intellectualization and electrification of the CE industry; meanwhile, he promised to provide more value-added services to customers in the aftermarket areas such as technical service support, distribution logistics and timely and effective delivery of parts. “By seizing the opportunity of industrial transformation, LiuGong aims to move forward together with our customers. LiuGong will also pay attention to the value demands of all relevant parties to maintain the healthy and sustainable development of the company.”

Mr. Luo Guobing, Vice President of LiuGong and General Manager of LiuGong Overseas Sales and Marketing Division, also addressed the conference. “The improvement of our products and technologies are driven by customers and the valuable feedback they give us.”

And as a strong proof, LiuGong launched 62 new products in 12 product lines in 2019, which include Stage V wheel loaders, F-series excavators, and special application machines.

More importantly, LiuGong’s new products are not only model upgrades, but also include many technology innovations and enhancements. In September, at the 2019 Beijing BICES, LiuGong debuted the first commercial usage 5G remote controlled intelligent shoveling wheel loader, battery electric wheel loaders and excavators and an unmanned drive roller.

LiuGong also invested heavily in the aftersales service and parts, training, and financing support to help our customers continuously cut down their costs and create more value resulting in 51 new dealers having joined the LiuGong family in 2019. And dealers opened over 100 new branches to provide close service to customers. Now that no matter where you are, from iron mines in frigid Mongolia or the manganese ore mines in hot Africa; from the deserts of Saudi Arabia to remote construction sites along the OBOR, we all find LiuGong machines.

For the year 2020, Luo Guobing said continuously improving customers’ satisfaction would still be LiuGong’s main approach to making our overseas ambitions a reality: “On customer side, they want to have reliable products, efficient solutions, a full-care support system and low TCO to make their business successful, these demands drive the change of our industry. We are making efforts to satisfy customer demands and improve competitiveness through our product mix, R&D, IOT (Internet of Things), intelligent support, big data analysis and so on.”
