Once the plastic film is collected and baled, Trex arranges its transportation to their plants to process it into decking materials. “If they don’t have a bailer, we have a bailer financing program where we purchase it for them, and instead of rebating for the film, it goes towards paying off the bailer,” adds Stephanie.
