Advance Lifts announced the new Electric Straddle Lift

All-Electric Lift offers seamless integration with linear speeds, unlimited number of stops, and zero obstructions under the platform

Advance Lifts announced the launch of its new Electric Straddle Lift (ESL). This all-electric lift is designed to provide efficient lifting capabilities with enhanced functionality, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.

The Electric Straddle Lift is available with capacities of  2,000 and 4,000 pounds and offers platform sizes ranging from 2 feet by 4 feet to 4 feet by 6 feet. This range allows the lift to accommodate various load dimensions, making it suitable for different operational needs, including sheet feeding. The lift operates from a lowered height of 5 inches to a maximum raised height of 48 inches, providing precise vertical movement and positioning.

Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), the Electric Straddle Lift allows users to program the lift for any number of stops with ease. This feature is particularly useful for applications that require materials to be lifted and positioned at multiple heights, such as over and under conveyor systems and sheet feeding operations.

The straddle-style design of the lift ensures that there are no obstructions beneath the platform, enabling seamless integration into conveyor systems or environments that require under-platform clearance or low platform heights. The standard lift configuration has a 5-inch lowered height, but with optional side guards, the platform can lower fully to the floor, offering greater adaptability.
