DAVACO integrates supply chain services with program management & execution of multi-unit initiatives to help brands alleviate challenges related to order management, material visibility and the coordination of multiple suppliers to meet critical program schedules

DAVACO has introduced an enhanced service that streamlines the movement of assets and inventory to support multi-unit programs. Building on the company’s existing logistics and consolidation capabilities, DAVACO supply chain provides speed to market, with a single point of contact, from procurement and logistics to final installation. Integrating supply chain services with program management and execution helps brands alleviate the challenges related to order management, material visibility and the coordination of multiple suppliers to meet critical program schedules.

By working earlier in the development of programs with clients and suppliers, DAVACO can identify efficiencies and resources needed to better synchronize FF&E/OS&E deliveries with project execution. The company coordinates purchasing, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, consolidation, material sequencing and various ‘in a box” solutions that are customized to maximize each initiative.

“DAVACO’s integrated supply chain solutions ensure a higher level of control, accountability and visibility at the line item level and throughout the entire program,” said Keith Winters, CEO, DAVACO. “We continue to elevate our DAVACO capabilities by providing best of class inventory management and logistics capabilities that reduce change orders, go-backs and delays that can be costly and time prohibitive. The result is greater quality, speed to market, and reduced operational disruptions, so our clients’ revenue can be realized earlier, while lowering overall total project costs.”

DAVACO’s in-house supply chain capabilities align with the company’s long-time expertise in the management and execution of high-volume rollouts, remodels, retrofits and resets. “We offer a proven approach that is completely results-driven, scalable and customizable as a stand-alone service, or easily integrated into a multi-faceted program,” said Winters.

DAVACO employs 1,600+ W-2/T4 professionals across North America who specialize in program management, logistics, installation, merchandising, interior finish-outs and technology deployments with ongoing support. The company has offices in every major market, with warehousing and distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada, as well as a global presence to support international manufacturing and associated logistics. The management and execution of client programs is supported by DAVACO’s ClearThread® technology for ongoing visibility, documentation, real-time store/asset data.
