Exclusive live demonstration of MasterMover TOW300 Tugger AGV at ProMat 2025

MasterMover will be making another return to ProMat 2025 in Chicago from March 17th – 20th. The electric tugger manufacturer will be showcasing a ProMat-exclusive live demonstration of its TOW300 tugger AGV in action, visitors won’t want to miss out on witnessing the new generation of material handling technology in action.

For the first time in public, the TOW300 will be demonstrated in a live setting in partnership with BlueBotics on their stand (N6951). Showcasing the seamless integration of BlueBotics’ advanced navigation technology with MasterMover’s heavy-duty, high-capacity electric tuggers, the live demonstration will highlight how easily automation is driving industrial safety, efficiency, and therefore significant success for businesses.

Engineered to handle the most complex material handling tasks, the TOW300 can repeatedly move substantial loads with exceptional reliability and precision whether indoors or outdoors. As part of the wider MasterTow range with a capacity up to 44,000lbs, this highly adaptable AGV is designed to optimize workflows in industries ranging from industrial manufacturing and distribution to automotive and commercial vehicle assembly, taking on risky material and parts movements as well as repetitive tasks and lineside delivery to reallocate labor more productively.

“We’re thrilled to demonstrate the TOW300 AGV live at ProMat 2025,” said James Jones, Partner and automation expert at MasterMover. “Visitors will get to see firsthand how our towing AGVs improve operational efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve the utilization of labor whilst handling much heavier payloads than traditional tow tractor systems and many other AGVs. A towing AGV ultimately creates a flexible train system meaning that more trolleys or carts can be added, maximizing efficiency and increasing throughput”.

The MasterMover booth at ProMat (N6141) will allow visitors to explore its AGV solutions as well as its extensive range of industry-leading electric tuggers. The company’s commitment to delivering best-in-class material handling solutions is spearheaded by their team of in-house engineers; driven to truly understand customer and industry challenges as well as their clients do, in order to deliver the most effective solutions and make the integration process seamless.

As leaders when it comes to moving wheeled loads of any size and weight, including everything from dumpsters to rockets, MasterMover’s ability to deliver solutions for even the most complex applications is unrivaled.

“As many industries turn to automation to stay competitive,” Jason Pittsonberger, VP of sales, continues. “ProMat attendees will be able to explore how AGVs can optimize material flow and eliminate inefficiencies to reduce costs and increase safety – and why a provider with genuine expertise is vital for success.”

MasterMover has been at the forefront of material handling innovation for over 25 years. The company’s AGVs and electric tugger solutions are trusted by major global brands across a variety of industries. The manufacturer’s commitment to product excellence has established MasterMover as a leader in the design and engineering of handling solutions for any type of material movement.

MasterMover invites all ProMat 2025 attendees to visit booths N6141 and N6951 to take advantage of the exclusive opportunity to see the TOW300 AGV in action and uncover the benefits of electric tugger solutions. Don’t miss the chance to witness the value of automation firsthand and learn how AGVs can transform your material handling operations.
