Latest LEDtronics LED ‘Blade-style’ Shoebox Area Lights outshine previous line

LEDtronics® new series of dimmable LED Shoebox Area Lights surpass the previous generation with a wide selection of motion and photocontrol sensors and multiple mounting options. The UL-listed units also output higher lumens than the previous generation, and have a “Made in USA” option available for qualified orders.

The SBX00xT series shoeboxes come in a sleek, modern blade-style design, and are offered with a varied choice of sensor accessories: Blank/no sensors, passive infrared motion sensor, microwave motion sensor, and photocontrol (daylight/ambient light).

The LED units are lightweight and feature adjustable brackets, yokes or trunnions, allowing for fast and easy installation. The multiple mounting options include: Adjustable slipfitter, square/round pole adjustable arm, square/round pole straight arm, trunnion wall mount, and yoke bracket arm.

The high light output and various available sensor and mounting options on this new area light series make it ideal for applications such as parking lots and structures, roadway and street lighting, building security floodlights, up/down spotlighting, pole-mounted area lighting, tennis courts, stadiums, parks, playgrounds, tunnels, caves, mines, driveway and walkway lighting, as well as construction lighting, and many others.

These dimmable, Title 24-compliant LED shoebox area lights are offered in 100, 150, 200 and 300 watts, replacing MH/HPS lights of 250 watts and up to 1000 watts for further improved energy efficiency. The high lumen output ranges from 14,683 for the 100W, all the way up to 43,610 lm for the 300W lights.

These LED area lights operate in an input voltage range of 100 to 277 VAC with a wide operating temperature range of ~-20°C up to ~+50°C. They have lumen maintenance of over 70% at more than 50,000 hours. With an IP65 rating, their solid-state construction renders them resistant to shock, vibration, low-pressure jets of water, frequent switching and environmental extremes.

The LEDtronics SBX00T series of dimmable LED ‘blade-style’ shoebox area lights come with an unconditional 5-year U.S. factory warranty. Other available options for qualified volume offers include: Higher 277-480V input voltage; IESNA Type II, III and IV lighting patterns; shorting caps and surge protectors, and black, silver and white housing color finishes.

The series is available through LEDtronics distributors, and quantity discounts are available.
