LEDtronics announces its new series of LED T5 High Output Tube Light Kits! The LED kits are available in a choice of 2, 3, 4 or 6-tube kits. They are much more competitively priced, and even have less labor cost from the customer’s side. They fit into almost any fixture, and feature great ease of installation, requiring only a single driver for up to 4 tubes and only two drivers for 6 tubes! The UL-Recognized external drivers are included.

Our T5 Tube Light Kits can be directly retrofitted into virtually any 4-ft 2-pin, in-line fluorescent tube fixture. Each tube in the LEDtronics LED48T5HO low cost/high value kits uses only 21 watts and replaces fluorescent counterparts up to 54W, offering energy savings of up to 50 percent.

The high-output T5 kits are perfect for such applications as production area lighting, factory lighting, warehouse lighting, retail store lighting, gymnasium lighting, and in all sorts of architectural lighting.

LEDtronics LED T5 High Output Tube Light Kits save on costs in multiple ways. First off, the quick and easy installation minimizes labor costs for retrofitting. For example, a 4-tube kit uses only one driver instead of previously having to install four separate drivers. There is also cost savings from the very competitive pricing of our LED48T5HO kits themselves. In addition to that, there are savings from a lower energy bill, as well as not having to continually replace the tube lights, drivers and ballasts.

The T5 LED tubes operate on a wide 100~277VAC voltage range, and provide a 120-degree wide beam of 5000K pure white light of over 2600 lumens each. The luminosity of the kits ranges from 4,925 lumens in the 2-tube to 14,815 in the 6-tube kit, with a high color rendering index surpassing 80.

The clear, UV-resistant polycarbonate lens provides increased protection — no glass to break and no mercury environmental hazards to worry about as with fluorescent tubes. In addition, the aluminum housing shields against many environmental effects, allowing them to be placed in locations where typical tube lights would be more vulnerable to the elements, while the minimal lamp heat output of LEDs over that produced by fluorescent tubes keeps temperatures optimally lower, saving air-conditioning costs.

LEDtronics high-output T5 tube lights perform well in a wide range of ambient operating temperatures: ~-13°F to ~+113°F (~-25°C to ~+45°C), making them ideal for applications subject to frequent on-off cycling or environments with very low temperatures. Their solid-state design renders them impervious to shock, vibration, frequent switching and environmental extremes. The LEDtronics kits comply with RoHS—the lead-free and mercury-free European directive.

They do not require a ballast nor a starter. The tubes have instant, full-strength light-up with no buzzing or flickering and an even, directional distribution of light. While conventional fluorescent lamps typically have an ideal-condition rated lab life in the range 8,000 to 24,000 hours, the LED T5 tube lights boast a real-world operating life of 50,000 hours and more! The LEDtronics LED48T5HO LED T5 High Output Tube Light Kits come with a five-year U.S. warranty.
