Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA), a leading provider of forklift trucks in the United States, Canada and Mexico, today announced the launch of the Jungheinrich® “Parts Fast or Parts Free Guarantee,” which ensures next-business-day delivery of parts, or they are free, including freight.  “We’re pleased to introduce this new Jungheinrich Parts Fast or Parts Free Guarantee to our customers and dealerships,” said Kent Eudy, vice president of sales and marketing at MCFA. “We understand that our customers need their lift trucks to operate at peak performance, and this is another step in helping them achieve this goal.” The guarantee is extended to all Jungheinrich warehouse product customers who conduct business with one of the more than 330 authorized Jungheinrich dealer locations throughout North America. Replacement parts are sourced from five North American MCFA parts distribution centers located in California, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas, in addition to Jungheinrich AG’s parts distribution warehouse in Germany. “There’s a misconception today that Jungheinrich parts are only available from Germany, and that’s simply not true,” said Eudy. “In fact, today, we have more than 150,000 Jungheinrich parts stocked and ready-to-ship from our five parts distribution centers throughout North America, and we’ll continue to add to that inventory in the year ahead.” To qualify for the guarantee, orders must be placed through the customer’s authorized dealer by 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and the customer must advise the dealer at the time of order that the part must be ordered to ship via FedEx or UPS next day air services. All orders within the United States will be delivered within 24 hours, or MCFA will cover the cost of the part and the freight. For orders placed within Mexico and Canada, the guarantee states that the part will ship within 24 hours, or it’s free, including freight.
