New silicone vibration/shock absorption mounts from JW Winco

JW Winco, Inc., a Ganter Company and supplier of standard industrial machine components, now offers GN 256 Silicone Vibration/Shock Absorption Mounts, Conical Type, with Stainless Steel Components.

Available with either a tapped hole or threaded stud, the RoHS compliant mounts are frequently used as end-stop bumpers and can also be used as leveling feet. The silicone rubber material is age-resistant and has an increased working temperature range.

Due to the material purity, it is possible to use the mounts in the food and medical industry. Absorbing most of the accumulated kinetic energy on impact, they act as dampers and prevent damaging shock and rebound. They also serve as sound dampers.
