Roto-Picker is placed under the pallet rack and a full pallet is placed on top. After the front rows of cartons or product have been removed by the stock pickers, the pallet on the frame is pulled out, the rotation lock is flipped off, then the pallet is rotated, locked and pushed back in, to reveal the rear cartons are now at the front, thereby preventing bending and lifting with a load from under pallet racking.

The only current method of achieving the same benefit, is to use a hand pallet truck to pull the pallet out. This is costly in time finding a truck and time consuming pulling out or rotating all pallets under racking.

Pallets can still be close packed under the racking, as rotation occurs after the load has been pulled out into the aisle.
