CLARK Material Handing Company has announced the promotion of Dale Guckian to the position of product support manager, reporting to Chuck Mix, Vice President of Operations.  In this new role he will be responsible for overseeing the following departments: service engineering, warranty, product service, training and customer service. Dale joined CLARK in 2012 as Sales Manager for North America where he has successfully managed to grow sales while implementing processes to sustain future growth. Dale has over twenty seven years of experience in the material handling industry, where he has worked in several leadership positions at both the OEM and dealership level. In addition to his sales experience at CLARK, Dale’s previous experience includes Service & Parts Manager, Sales Manager, Manager Dealer Development, Sr. Warehouse Product Manager and Director of National Account Sales. His extensive knowledge of the forklift industry from both the manufacturing and distributors prospective will be a significant benefit to continue the CLARK tradition of excellence in dealer support services.
