Crown Equipment announced the opening of a company-owned branch in the Cleveland, Ohio, area. The new facility will provide customers with enhanced resources for material handling purchase decisions, as well as additional training and service capabilities. “Establishing a company-owned facility in Cleveland provides us with an additional opportunity to enhance our customer relationships,” said Jim Mozer, senior vice president, Crown Equipment. “Our goal is to help customers find the material handling solution that is the best fit for their distinctive needs. This dedicated presence allows us to easily work with customers on a local level to determine the solution that best meets those needs.” The new facility will offer services available at all Crown-owned branches, including a fully equipped maintenance shop, battery and charger service, rental fleets, expansive parts inventory, forklift remanufacturing, and training for service technicians and forklift operators.
