C&U Americas, the North American subsidiary of The C&U Group, has moved its overall operations to a new and larger facility. The company, which will continue to stay in Plymouth, MI, will move from 44330 Plymouth Oaks Blvd to 45901 Five Mile Road. The relocation was necessitated by the company’s successful growth in the U.S. market and aggressive plans to expand its bearing business throughout the entire NAFTA region. The official relocation date is November 15, 2013. The announcement was made by William A. Childers, President of C&U Americas, who noted, “This new facility will provide our team with over 31,000 square feet of much needed office and warehouse space. This will give us a far greater capacity for inventory and make it easier to distribute bearing products to our OEM and aftermarket customers in the automotive and industrial markets. Most importantly, it will allow us to quadruple the size of our R&D department and engineering laboratory to better serve our customers’ needs.”
