Felling Trailers’ online auction of one of its most popular trailers to bring awareness and support of pancreatic cancer research raised $3,400. Felling Trailers manufactured and painted a FT-3 drop deck utility trailer metallic purple and auctioned it on Ebay for 10 days during the month of September. Tredit Tire generously donated the wheels and Midwest Industrial Coatings, Inc. donated the custom metallic purple paint for this trailer and cause.
Alan Zatik of ABC Equipment located in Ohio was the winning bidder of the trailer. One hundred percent of the $3,400 winning bid was donated to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
Going forward, for each Felling Trailer ordered with the custom Metallic Purple color option, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network will receive 100% of the custom color proceeds. A minimum of $200.00 from each custom color option fee will be donated to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is the national organization creating hope in a comprehensive way through research, patient support, community outreach and advocacy for a cure. The organization is leading the way to increase the survival rate for people diagnosed with this devastating disease through a bold initiative—The Vision of Progress: Double Pancreatic Cancer Survival by 2020.
