Inmar names new president and chief client officer

Inmar has named Roy Simrell President and Chief Client Officer. In this role, he will lead Sales and Marketing across all Inmar businesses.

Simrell brings extensive experience in retail technology, software development and IT services from roles with Symphony EYC, Retalix and Catalina Marketing. During his time with Catalina, he held various senior level executive positions in the U.S. and Europe, where he worked with retailers and brands to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

Simrell previously served as CEO for Symphony EYC and as President/CEO for Retalix USA and Global Supply Chain. He also held several executive-level positions for Catalina Marketing, including serving as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Research and Development. During his time with Catalina, he held positions in the U.S., Europe and Asia, where he worked with retailers and brands to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
Inmar Chairman and CEO David Mounts says that, “Roy understands how  technology and data analytics are key to driving value in retail.” He adds that “It is a pleasure to have Roy onboard at Inmar.
