Muller announces the finalization of the acquisition to the Carlyle Group.  Muller will now operate as a stand-alone business under the Signode Industrial Group.  The company’s products are sold around the world under the Muller brand as well as: Yellow Jacket, Haloila, Mima, GaleWrap and two new additions, Lachenmeier and Lock n’ Pop.

“Today’s announcement is more than a simple change in ownership. It’s the dawn of a more responsive and powerful organization,” says Joe Albert, General Manager, Muller. “We plan to make our organization even stronger because we’ll have the necessary scope, scale and capacity to support excellence in customer service, product development as well as carry out our plans for growth and innovation.”

In addition, Lock n’Pop and Lachenmeier North America will now be working closely with the Muller management team to provide customers with a broader range of load containment solutions and support. Muller will now offer Lock n’ Pop’s unique equipment and adhesives. In addition, the company will also market the Lachenmeier brand of stretch hooding equipment and related film in North America.

“We are thrilled to have Lock n’ Pop and Lachenmeier as part of our team and look forward to providing our customers with a truly one stop solution for all their load containment needs,” says Klear.

“Muller continues to provide the widest range of products and services to properly secure loads,” says Michael Klear, Sales and Marketing Director, Muller.  “We wanted to bring all our solutions together under one roof.   This way it is easy for visitors to find exactly what they are looking for or simply learn more about the variety of packaging options available to them.”
