Members of the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA), the resource for warehouse logistics, recently elected Jared Stadlin, vice president, client services and associate corporate counsel for Linden Warehouse & Distribution Co., Inc., based in Linden, N.J., to a three-year term on the IWLA Board of Directors. Stadlin’s position was formally announced during the recent IWLA Annual Business meeting.
Stadlin has been an active member of IWLA leadership, serving on the IWLA Membership Committee, the IWLA Chemical Council, as co-chair of the IWLA Government Affairs Committee, and as board liaison to the IWLA Insurance & Legal Committee.
“Jared is a great asset to the board in that he brings a law degree to the IWLA Government Advocacy program. He also possesses a diversified knowledge of business, finance, administration, and operations,” says IWLA President & CEO Steve DeHaan. “He has been a great resource on the IWLA Chemical Council and will continue to make the regulatory and legislative issues transparent to our members.”
Since 2003, Stadlin has overseen Linden’s customer service, operational, and administrative functions. He is also responsible for business development, customer acquisition, real estate management, and daily warehouse operations. The company is a third-party warehousing provider that additionally provides liquid packaging and value-added services. Stadlin has also served as an executive of Linden Bulk Transportation which offers regional U.S. tank truck transportation. Previously, Stadlin worked as an associate in the business and finance department at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP. He is also a board member of the New Jersey Motor Truck Association and is a member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors, Warehouse Education and Research Council, and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Stadlin graduated with a bachelor of business administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 1998. He earned his juris doctor from New York University School of Law in 2001.
