­ Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc., specializing in end-of-line solutions for case packing and palletizing needs, has appointed Barry Rinaldi to the position of director of business development effective immediately. In his new role,  Rinaldi will lead the overall coordination and leadership of all sales and marketing efforts as well as creating and maintaining partner and customer relationships with the company. “Schneider Packaging is known for its cutting edge work in end-of-line packing solutions,” says Rinaldi.  “I am extremely proud and motivated to contribute to this dynamic company.” Rinaldi has more than 25 years of experience in the packaging industry, including work with the Loveshaw Corporation (an ITW Company) and as owner/founder of S&R Machinery.  Most recently, Rinaldi was the director of  customer service for Schneider Packaging.
